Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for assigned G&A areas
Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate insights to management and executive stakeholders
Partner with business leaders to deliver financial recommendations that enable informed decision‑making
Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting
Identify process improvement opportunities that support G&A operational effectiveness
Support HC tracking/approvals, PO management, and P&L analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and lead cross‑functional efforts
Clear, concise communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Innovative mindset; interest in improving processes and leveraging emerging finance tools
Preferred
MBA/ CPA
Power BI/Tableau experience
