Responsibilities
Assist our members with their banking needs
Respond to member requests, problems or complaints in person, on the phone and by e-mail
Use the sales process to identify and recommend Credit Union products and services to members based on financial need
Maintain a cash drawer
Create professional and lasting relationships with members of the banking industry
Participate in community related activities
Attend regular branch meetings
Attend training opportunities
Work on projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing a high school diploma
Positive attitude
Communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to positively reflect Magnifi Financial's image in the community and the marketplace
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities with minimal direction
Six months' customer service experience
