Call Center Specialist
NET Credit Union is seeking a high-energy, empathetic and solution-driven Member Service Center Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Possess full knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations
Maintain/achieve agreed upon goals
Maintain contact with current and new members
Meet all established sales and service goals, ethically referring appropriate products and services to members
Use systems as intended with a focus on CRM for members
Oversee/assist members with Lending, Member Service and/or transaction needs from telephone, chat, online, email and social media
Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of similar or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess full knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations
