Responsibilities
Build data pipelines using SQL and BigQuery to gather and organize data related to Customer Churn into structured and documented tables with minimal guidance
Using these tables and other data sources, build dashboards/reports in Looker and Google Sheets based on business requirements
Develop and document data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data
Consult with users or decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards with minimal guidance
Develop reports, queries, and dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources with minimal guidance
Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards with minimal guidance
Execute on plans for dependency changes (e.g., system migrations)
Design business intelligence solutions and infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval with minimal guidance
Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines
Follow and improve upon the local best practices
Develop data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data with minimal guidance
Consult with users or decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards with minimal guidance
Perform data analyses utilizing relevant tools, leveraging custom data infrastructure or existing data models with minimal guidance
Work with clients to understand their needs and clarify requirements or direct to more suitable channels
