Responsibilities
Greet incoming service customers and assist with pre-write-up
Safely move vehicles to and from the service drive, parking areas, and shop bays
Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, sidewalks, and customer waiting area
Empty trash, clean up oil spills, and keep shop organized (including tires and supplies)
Complete rental check-in/check-out procedures
Support service advisors with vehicle status updates and customer needs
Perform other duties as assigned by service management
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 3 years of a valid, clean driver's license
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Strong attention to detail and safety
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
