Responsibilities
GSE & fixture design, review, and timely release
Write activity and project reports, develop action plans, generate build process instructions, and other documentation to support production operations
Design optimized manufacturing processes and maintain associated documentation for training, internal protocol, and industry standard alignment
Data capture and optimization of MES & ERP systems
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to drive: quality improvements, cost reduction, and quality improvements
Monitor and optimize production layout & capacity
Generate technical reporting, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Drive non-conformance issues to root cause and timely closure
Lead manufacturing planning updates for the organization
Model exemplary professional conduct as a representative of Redwire
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time

Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering of electronics, RF antennas, and/or space-flight hardware
Proficient in one or more of the following CAD Software: SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, Draftsight, AutoCAD
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
Preferred
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience working with RF communications in an aerospace field
Familiarity with design, manufacturing, and testing of RF Antenna Systems
Proficiency with Visio, MS Office
Eagerness to work in a rapidly growing, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment
