Respond promptly to inbound leads and deliver accurate quotes for business insurance products
Educate customers on policy options, ensuring clarity, transparency, and full compliance
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support seamless onboarding, underwriting, and policy issuance
