Responsibilities
Interpret and evaluate work items issues that section members are experiencing and communicates section issues to IT or RPC as necessary
Provide non-technical support to taxpayers, tax representatives, governmental representatives and agency staff
Perform IT work item and process testing for the section as required
Communicate with taxpayers or their representatives as needed to educate them in the proper manner to complete tax returns and make payments
Review employees' work queues for quality assurance
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience in administrative services
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience
