Onboarding & Recruiting Coordinator
Monument Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding & Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting and onboarding efforts. The role involves managing candidate workflows, coordinating communication, and ensuring efficient recruiting and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Manage all incoming candidate inquiries and communications
Organize, maintain, and update candidate records within the CRM
Conduct email and text follow-ups with candidates to coordinate interviews and next steps
Schedule and manage recruiting appointments in support of the Director
Organize and prioritize candidate workflows to support an efficient recruiting pipeline
Maintain and update recruiting reporting spreadsheets by requested deadlines
Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Director to provide updates and pipeline insights
Oversee and manage the onboarding inbox
Schedule onboarding calls and coordinate onboarding logistics
Send onboarding paperwork to new agents and track completion
Manage the offboarding process, including documentation and system updates
Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding reporting spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills; this role is heavily email- and text-based
Comfortable working in CRMs, spreadsheets, and shared systems
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Professional, responsive, and dependable
Preferred
Prior experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support
