The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the firm's founding principals while ensuring the efficiency of the broader organization.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to company leadership
Manage calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities
Coordinate meetings, site tours, calls, and travel logistics
Prepare expense reports and assist with expense tracking
Draft and manage professional correspondence
Maintain organized digital and physical records and files
Coordinate signatures, filings, and administrative deal support
Facilitate internal and external communications
Track action items and support follow-through on priorities
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and executive support
Experience managing expense reports and administrative workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with office software tools (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
Preferred
Previous experience supporting senior executives preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
