Responsibilities
Understand customer needs, provide friendly assistance, and handle inquiries
Create quotes, drive sales, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals
Coordinate repair services, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
Manage inventory and keep the store appealing and organized
Join our training program to build expertise and prepare for future roles
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
Available for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends
Passion for helping people and supporting customers
Interest in technology and willingness to learn
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Basic math skills and comfort with technology
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Preferred
2-year degree or relevant certification showing a growth mindset
Retail or B2C sales experience
Automotive or electronics experience is a plus
Management or supervisory experience is a plus
Relatable service experience including Sales Associate, Inside Sales, Hospitality, Waiter/Server, Etc
Experience is a plus, but passion and teamwork matter most
