Responsibilities
Program and troubleshoot PLCs
Lead projects, including scope, budget, and execution
Specify, set up, and troubleshoot VFDs, DC drives, and motor control centers
Develop and support preventative maintenance programs
Perform root-cause analysis of electrical downtime using diagnostic tools
Ensure compliance with arc flash, coordination studies, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B
Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA systems, MES interfaces, and data historians
Travel up to 10% (domestic) to evaluate new equipment needs
Assist with after-hours technical support as needed
Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Degree or technical certification required
5+ years of electrical engineering experience required
Strong background leading industrial automation projects required
PLC programming experience required
Relocation required to Northeastern Texas; Onsite work
