They are seeking a detail-oriented Smartsheet Data Integration Specialist to support the CMC Pilot project, working closely with client SMEs to execute data migration and integration strategies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with client Smartsheet SMEs to understand project objectives, timelines, and data structure requirements
Review existing CMC data sources and formats across project schedule, risk/decision, and supply chain areas
Develop and execute a strategy to migrate existing CMC data into the configured CMC Pilot Smartsheet structure
Network with key CMC Project Managers (PMs) to validate data accuracy and determine appropriate levels of detail for the pilot effort
Refine and enhance data structures and build out project information as needed
Strengthen the CMC Pilot Smartsheet's supply chain node by integrating data structures from BRD and SMDD supply chain systems
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data consistency, and support continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related, scientific, or engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and document project workflows
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience using Smartsheet is highly preferred
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project is desirable
