Senior LevelTrinity Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, cloud security, and containerized deployments while supporting development and QA teams during releases.

Responsibilities
Design and implement DevOps solutions across applications, network, deployment, and scaling to meet complex business requirements
Implement and enforce security best practices to protect AWS cloud infrastructure
Enhance and maintain existing DevOps codebase built in Node.js and Amazon ECS
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing using AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline
Manage and maintain AWS environments (dev, staging, production), including setting up new environments
Support Development and QA teams during non-production and production releases
Set up new cloud infrastructure for new Lines of Business (LOBs) and new product functionalities
Manage and maintain Cloudflare configurations for performance and security
Perform database management activities including RDS configuration, monitoring, patching, backups, and compliance
Implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Datadog, or Splunk
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA)
Support global scalability across multiple geographies
Leverage AI tools in day-to-day DevOps activities for automation and optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience implementing cloud infrastructure on AWS
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: JavaScript, Python, or Bash
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data security principles
Experience securing systems across application, network, and infrastructure layers
Experience with containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon ECS
Strong experience integrating automated test suites within AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline
Experience managing AWS RDS (security, monitoring, patching, backups, compliance)
Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and Git
Knowledge of security frameworks and protocols: HTTPS, TLS, PKI, OAuth
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication tokens
Ability to design end-to-end AWS solutions based on business requirements
Strong knowledge of AWS best practices and cloud architecture
Experience with monitoring and logging tools: CloudWatch, X-Ray, Datadog, Splunk
High-level knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance
Preferred
Experience with Cloudflare and Bitbucket
Experience building and deploying Node.js applications
Prior experience supporting globally distributed applications
Experience working in Bay Area-based teams or hybrid office environment
