Radio Frequency Design Engineer
Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Radio Frequency (RF) Design Engineer to join their engineering team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of RF technologies, including PLLs, VCOs, receivers, and RF power amplifiers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems, including PLL, VCO, receivers, and RF power amplifiers
Build and debug prototypes to support product redesign and new developments
Perform performance verification testing on products under redesign
Utilize RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters to ensure accurate measurement and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and meet project deadlines
Document design processes, test results, and technical findings clearly and concisely
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in RF circuit design and wireless communication
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and circuit-level testing
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for circuit design challenges
Extensive background in RF circuit design and wireless communication theory
Demonstrated ability to use RF test equipment (Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters)
Preferred
Proficiency in LabVIEW or similar engineering software
