Responsibilities
Drive the company’s acquisition strategy
Identify and source acquisition targets
Build relationships with founders, brokers, and intermediaries
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis
Coordinate financial, legal, and operational diligence
Manage transactional timelines and execution
Partner with private equity stakeholders throughout the deal process
Support integration planning post-close
Act as the internal point person for acquisition activity
Qualification
Required
Merger and acquisition, corporate development, or investment experience
Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
Experience leading or supporting deal sourcing, financial and operational diligence, and transaction execution
The ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Preferred
Experience within the home services, construction, or similar industry
