2+ years expMTM Recruiting is seeking a driven project manager to join their fast-growing new construction installation team. This role involves overseeing installation operations, managing field activities, and ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction in Central Virginia.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all job-site activities during installations
Maintain ongoing coaching and performance management for installer partners to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards
With the aid of your inside Project Coordinator and Installation Manager, develop and maintain installation schedules in collaboration with sales reps, logistics, site superintendents, and installers
Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify job readiness, confirm rough openings, and align with general contractors or superintendents
Assist with on-site coordination on installation days to ensure quality execution and resolve field issues in real-time
Provide communication to our builder customers, installers, and sales team regularly
Conduct thorough post-installation inspections with site superintendents
Coordinate rework or service requests and ensure final sign-offs are obtained from the site superintendent or homeowner
Verify installation quality and approve subcontractor invoices based on performance and adherence to standards
Perform warranty and punch list work as necessary
Assist with delivery and installation of held accessories, verifying quality and approving related payments
Manage change orders, working with contractors and reps to ensure proper billing and documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of new construction experience
OSHA 30 and CPR certified
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce
Preferred
Prior hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
