Responsibilities
Perform product and process inspections (including welds to AWS)
Document findings, support corrective actions, maintain quality/calibration records
Reinforce Operator Self‑Inspection (OSI)
Conduct internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits
Qualification
Required
Experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or auditing
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools
Knowledge of weld inspection and ISO 9001
Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
Preferred
Certified Weld Inspector
Internal auditor certification
Experience with OSI or layered process audits
Background in welding, fabrication, machining, or crane components
