Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HRIS, medical systems, and security platforms
Work directly with business representatives and act as liaison between the business and the Information Technology (IT) teams (i.e. development & production support)
Work closely with HR reps, medical staff, and security teams to ensure systems meet evolving needs
Participate in sprint planning and refinement meetings
Provide support for existing applications (e.g., Workday HR, medical check systems, security incident tracking), troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements
Evaluate current software functionality and identify opportunities for software and/or business process enhancements
Assist with the troubleshooting of identified system problems (tickets) to identify root cause and appropriate corrective action
Lead software and process enhancement discussions to ensure the selection and subsequent implementation of the best business solutions
Take the lead in writing functional design specifications, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, training documentation and business communications related to software enhancements
Perform user acceptance testing
Develop and execute test plans, user acceptance testing scripts, and training materials
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Provide user support and training on existing as well as new system functionality
Participate as Green belt/SME on various 6-Sigma project teams
Support change initiatives by preparing documentation, training users, and facilitating smooth transitions during system upgrades or process changes
Qualification
Required
Experience with MS Office Applications required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Understanding of data privacy, labor laws, and security protocols
Possess strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Maintain good human relation skills to be able to develop a cooperative working relationship with individuals inside and outside the department
A four year degree in MIS, CA, Engineering or Business Administration (or related field) with 1 to 3 years of experience
Preferred
Prior work supporting HR, Medical, or Security domains
Experience with .NET applications and integration projects
