Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting business verticals
Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels
Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education
Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions
Prior experience recruiting in the financial services, banking, wealth management industries across multiple geographies
Knowledge of industry regulations, industry licensing and credentials and competitive landscape
Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility
Demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills
Deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools
Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred
At least 6 years of recruiting experience
Prior experience recruiting in the financial services space
