Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with product owners, business leads, and tech teams
Provide clear updates to executives and stakeholders
Mentor junior project managers and foster team excellence
Ensure compliance with procurement and vendor standards
Support enterprise system integrations and strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
5+ years of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
PMP certification
Experience leading Agile teams and using tools like JIRA or MS Planner
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or IT-related)
10+ years of project leadership experience
Public sector or government IT experience
Familiarity with application modernization and migration
Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, DASM)
