Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities by partnering with functional and technical stakeholders to assess systems, identify needs, and propose integration and process solutions
Organize and facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture evolving business needs, requirements, and system improvement ideas
Document, define, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements
Develop and review requirements documents, use cases, test plans, and other functional and technical artifacts
Facilitate testing efforts by validating system functionality against business requirements
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables
Provide regular status updates and communicate work product progress to project leads and client stakeholders using project management tools and reporting structures
Capture and document meeting minutes, workflows, requirements, and best practices to support project knowledge sharing
Assess evolving business ideas and operational challenges to recommend enhancements to business processes, systems, and workflows
Collaborate with enterprise project teams to identify, document, and implement process and system improvements
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members throughout and across projects

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
Experience gathering and writing business and technical requirements
Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
Strong analytical and evaluative skills
Demonstrated capability to deliver functional designs and solutions
Ability to test new developments with attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
1–3 years of experience in a role as a business analyst, or project manager on an IT systems project
Familiarity with back-end database systems and languages

Preferred

Knowledge of advanced Excel/Sheets formulas a plus
