Responsibilities
Maintain and update client files, including scanning, documentation, and data entry into internal benefits systems
Assist with marketing activities, proposal preparation, and presentation materials
Revise, edit, and bind presentations as needed for client meetings
Support Account Executives with service-related issues and administrative tasks
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Employee Benefits or insurance environment
Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within the first few months)
Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with benefits platforms (e.g., BenefitPoint, HR Connections, MyWave) is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with Insurance carriers is highly beneficial
Preferred
Health insurance or broader insurance industry experience
Exposure to underwriting or marketing processes is a plus
