Responsibilities
Implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives
Executes HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training to ensure smooth business operations
Develops budget and ensures financial and operational metrics are meeting organizational objectives by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity
Executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to attain short and long term goals
Reports directly to the COO

Qualification
Required
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
5 years experience in clinical research
Experience managing clinical research staff
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, preferred
