Extensive knowledge and practical application of proven training industry best practices and techniques
Demonstrated experience training employees at multiple levels within an organization
Strong curriculum development experience (in-person and LMS)
Highly comfortable and proficient with computers and a variety of software and cloud-based programs
Adaptability to pre-existing systems and organizational structure, with the ability to improve them thoughtfully
Preferred
Previous car wash industry and mechanical experience is a plus, not required
