Responsibilities

Leverage advanced tools like ZoomInfo and Koncert to identify and engage potential clients
Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone!)
Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our HubSpot CRM
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions that will sharpen your professional skills

Required

You must have cold calling/prospecting experience!
Thrives in a high-energy, high-volume communication environment
Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrates self-motivation and an insatiable desire to learn
Has a foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excels in time management and organization

Preferred

Experience in sales, call center, CSR, or customer service role
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot is our tool)
Some knowledge of Digital Marketing
Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
Able to work 40 hours a week, standard business hours
