Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements and procedures to support automated processing and suggesting options for the improvement of existing business flows
Work with customers to streamline business processes and realize efficiencies
Document processes and procedures, utilizing both process diagrams and flow charts as well as user-oriented diagrams
Support departmental staff and administration with the identification, evaluation, selection, support, and maintenance of systems solutions
Implement quality assurance methodologies covering test plans, change management, and problem management
Plan and develop day-to-day policies and procedures to promote successful performance of administrative systems
Prepare project status reports and keeping management, users, and others informed of project status and related issues
Work on special projects from time to time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of related experience
Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate project status, and provide leadership and direction for assigned initiatives
Demonstrated ability to work with functional business units and coordinate technological solutions to meet business needs
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that strives to be Efficient, Professional, Innovative and Collaborative
Preferred
Strong functional knowledge of the Banner ERP System
