Capacity LLC is a leader in logistics and 3PL solutions, seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join their collaborative team. The role involves interpreting client contracts, managing financial accounts, and supporting financial planning and analysis to drive productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

Interpreting multi-layer client contracts to support invoicing customer portfolio along with analyzing and reporting results

Financial account management of customer portfolio supporting requests for reporting and invoice inquiries

Audit and reconciliation of freight accounts to ensure completeness and results integrity

Contribute to company financial planning, preparation and analysis by supporting the collection, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data

Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for internal and client-facing use

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Assist with monthly closing activities to ensure timely reporting to executive management

Work with other departments like operations, relationship management, sales and marketing to gather necessary information and support financial initiatives

Participate alongside Senior and Executive Management on Special Projects

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms

Required

Highly computer literate – Microsoft Suite with Advanced Excel is required
