Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, disputes, and grievances through fair investigations and mediation
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws by assisting in policy development and implementation
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, workplace issues, and HR policies
Design and execute employee engagement programs to promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture
Maintain accurate records of all employee relations activities and prepare management reports
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an Employee Relations Specialist or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (federal and state)
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation, with a strong ability to de-escalate difficult or emotional situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective communication between parties
