5+ years expCirrusLabs is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist for Oracle eBusiness Systems. This role involves providing technical and functional support for Oracle related customizations and extensions covering various HCM modules, while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities
Provides technical development and support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules
Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs
Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable)
Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle
Acquire and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster business expertise solutions
Tracking deliverable and provide reporting to management as needed
Willing to travel up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with the following Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules: HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Absence Management, Workflow
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB)
Minimum of 5 years of experience with the following Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader
Experience with Toad, Sql•Plus, and UNIX
Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), and OTL Fast Formula
Minimum of 3 years of experience with OTL time entry rules
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Absence management
Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Oracle Payroll process, pay element and fast formula
Minimum of 2 years of experience with HRMS US Year-end W2 process
Experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite: R12.2
Experience with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow)
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or CIS
Experience with Oracle RDBMS: 19c running on Linux x86 64 bit
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
Ability to travel up to 10%
Experience with Visual Studio GIT/ADO and Flex Deploy tools
