Litgation Legal Assistant
Hensley Legal Group, PC is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people who have been injured or disabled. They are seeking a legal assistant to support litigation matters in personal injury law, working closely with a Litigation Case Manager to ensure the progress of active cases and maintain organization throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Communicating with third parties such as medical providers, insurance companies, and lien holders to request and track records, bills, wage loss documentation, and police materials
Assisting with drafting and sending routine correspondence, creating and maintaining medical binders, placing health insurance carriers on notice, and more
Ensuring all steps are properly documented according to firm procedures
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and a proactive approach to work
Professional communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
Experience supporting administrative or legal workflows is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much
