INTERN - Documentation Specialist
Open Practice is a growing medical billing software company seeking a Documentation Intern to join their team. In this role, you will create real content used by clients and internal teams, while collaborating with experienced mentors to improve documentation and user guides.

Responsibilities
Review, update, and improve our Knowledge Base and help content
Edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Learn how software features and workflows are documented from the ground up
Turn real support questions and internal notes into helpful user guides
Organize and modernize existing documentation
Collaborate with Support, Product, and Development teams to understand how the software works
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in English, Writing, Technical Communication, Journalism, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills
Detail-oriented and open to feedback
Curious and comfortable asking questions
Able to work primarily in-office, with remote work on Fridays
Interested in how great documentation improves real customer experiences
