Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Helping to establish prospecting and outreach strategies for BDR and prospecting
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitive insights
Manage and optimize sales operations, including CRM maintenance, reporting, and data analysis
Assist in lead generation efforts, including outreach, qualification, and nurturing of potential clients
Support new client acquisition efforts by developing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts
Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to enhance performance
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sales enablement tools
Attend conferences with the sales and marketing teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales operations, or business development
2+ years of experience in SaaS or Adtech
Experience selling to major brands in Finance, Retail, CPG, and other verticals
Experience in selling services and solutions to mid-sized and global agencies
Strong background in driving revenue growth and positioning competitive differentiators
Expert communication skills, verbal and written
Proven history of achieving quota and accurately forecasting in a high-growth company
Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close high-level B2B sales
Ability to assess customer challenges, align solutions, and position value
Ability to build consensus among multiple, cross-functional decision-makers and influencers in a single company
Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
