Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the clients account from daily communication to selecting and present matches
Coordinate dates and balance daily calls and emails
Handle emotionally driven conversations with tact and courtesy
Qualification
Required
5 years' experience in customer service
4-year degree with a preferred concentration in psychology, customer service, or business
A combination of education, training and experience will be considered
Be driven, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize the daily work flow
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
Computer and technology savvy with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products
CRM experience
Consultative sales experience is a plus
Handle emotionally driven conversations with tact and courtesy
