Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the specific project site effort with the autonomy to execute operations for compliance with contract SOW requirements
Responsible for the successful performance of all assigned site tasks and ensuring site safety and quality control are met at all times
Liaison with the customer on-site
Be fully capable of understanding and applying the requirements contained in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Regulations, EM 385-1-1
Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management, and other departments
Monitor and report field execution status with Project Manager and CIG/Fuels leadership
Assist the Project Manager in preparing and executing Request for Information (RFIs) requests with designers and engineers and when site issues arise in order to remedy issues quickly, cost-effectively, and avoid schedule delays
Establish and monitor detailed workflows and resourcing plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and manage progress with confidence
Foresee a project's obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them
Complete Daily Quality Control Reports (DQCR)
Supervisory responsibilities of all project site personnel and subcontractors
Travel 85% of the time TX, AR, LA, and OK
Other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum five (5) years of aviation fueling system maintenance, repair, and construction
OSHA 30-hour Safety Course
Possess a valid State Driver's License
Ability to travel 85% of the time TX, AR, LA, and OK
Ability to pass a favorable motor vehicle report and background check
Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations
Possess knowledge and skills in written communications to initiate and compose and/or enforce the activity hazard analysis as set forth in EM 385-1-1 for each individual specific work task
Skilled in oral communications to implement the activity hazard analysis prior to performing each task
Knowledge of UFGS for DoD Fueling System Design
Knowledge of API 650/653, API 570, ASME welding requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction design/engineering documents
Knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel
Possess a high degree of proficiency in assigned functions and attention to details
Ability to lift and/move up to 50 pounds
Experience with equipment operation and power tools

Preferred

CPR/First Aid certified preferred
