Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries
Supervise and review staff work for quality, accuracy, and compliance
Perform risk and control assessments and ensure timely audit delivery
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and present audit findings
Support staff development and contribute to firm and community initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3–5+ years of public accounting experience (Audit Supervisor) or 6+ years (Audit Manager)
Strong external audit knowledge and experience leading engagements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred

CPA preferred but not required (open to CPA-track professionals)
Multi-industry audit exposure a plus (nonprofit, construction, manufacturing, SMB, etc.)
