Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of multifamily real estate debt investments across performing, watchlist, and workout situations
Lead and execute loan restructurings, modifications, extensions, and workouts, coordinating with legal and senior management
Monitor collateral performance, sponsor behavior, and covenant compliance to proactively manage risk
Partner with origination and credit teams to provide asset management input during underwriting and structuring
Prepare portfolio reviews and materials for investment committees and senior management
Qualification
Required
10–20 years of experience in commercial real estate credit / debt asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily
Proven hands-on workout and restructuring experience, including loan modifications, extensions, and enforcement scenarios
Background within private credit, debt funds, banks, or insurance platforms, managing complex loan structures
Strong financial and analytical skills, including cash flow modeling, covenant analysis, and downside underwriting
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex situations to senior leadership and investment committees
