Represent detained clients in removal and bond proceedings
Appear before EOIR for asylum, cancellation of removal, and other relief
Prepare motions, briefs, appeals, and court filings
Represent clients in USCIS interviews and petitions
Handle SIJS matters in CA Family & Probate Courts
Conduct legal research and manage case strategy
Communicate regularly with clients and supervise support staff
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active license to practice
Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
Willingness to work with detained clients and travel to courts
Preferred
CA Bar preferred
1-3+ years immigration law experience preferred
Spanish fluency preferred (not required)
