Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting is seeking an Interim Financial Analyst to provide immediate support following the departure of the current analyst. This role involves partnering closely with the CFO and maintaining momentum across core financial activities, including cash flow forecasts and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, providing clear visibility to the CFO
Support board and leadership reporting, including analysis and deck preparation in partnership with the CFO
Own and improve reporting and processes within NetSuite, including the NetSuite Planning tool
Provide analytical support to the buying/merchandising team, including sales, margin, and inventory-related insights
Assist with budget finalization and ongoing support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Partner with the outgoing analyst to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity, as timing allows
All other duties as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
5-10 years of experience within a Finance/Accounting function
Strong NetSuite expertise; experience with NetSuite Planning is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a fast-paced environment; retail experience is a plus
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, and reporting)
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up; no extensive training available
Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite Planning is highly preferred
Retail experience is a plus
