U.S. Business Development Manager

OPI is seeking a U.S. Business Development Manager to oversee activities in the U.S. market. The role focuses on optimizing revenue by expanding the partner and customer network while developing new channel opportunities for OPI technology and services.

Responsibilities

Manage new partner funnel
Identifies targets for new partners
Visits with potential partners, explains value of OPI
Signs, onboards, and ensures partners are trained
Establishes discount structure and revenue goals/targets for new partners
Regularly interviews new partners to establish forecasts, facilitate additional training and ensure success
Regularly meets with existing partners in region to get VOC and establish goals/targets
Identifies, quantifies, and enumerates the detailed plan for strategic growth opportunities
Identifies, quantifies, and enumerates new channels to market
Identifies, quantifies, and enumerates impact of new products
Identifies, quantifies, and enumerates sales programs
Ensures sale support staff are trained, effective and meeting targets
Ensures sales support staff have appropriate metrics to track success and scorecards are to date
Gives regular guidance and feedback to team members
Top grade as needed

Proficient in Microsoft® Office®
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse tasks and deliverables
