6+ years expOnTarget is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will define requirements, prioritize development work, and ensure that engineering delivers maximum business value.

Responsibilities
Analyze needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals
Develop clear, detailed feature requirements and user stories
Break down complex initiatives into MVPs, milestones, and phases
Prioritize backlog items based on value and alignment with product strategy
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
Track KPIs and system performance to support continuous improvement
Make day-to-day decisions on scope, trade-offs, and priorities
Create designs, wireframes, data flows, and documentation
Act as the product ambassador for internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of technical/software product management or Product Owner experience
6-8 years of experience managing projects from ideation to release
Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Ability to write clear technical requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience mapping business workflows to software processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple projects
Experience writing technical or user documentation
BA/BS degree
Background in software engineering or computer science (degree or hands-on experience)
