Designing project plans, coordinating tasks, and monitoring budgets to ensure on-time delivery
Identifying and resolving project issues while managing risks with industry quality tools
Utilizing Excel and Smartsheets for project tracking, documentation, and invoice management
Leading meetings and collaborating with diverse team members to achieve project objectives
Qualification
Required
Have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management (must have)
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excel at communication and teamwork, with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups
Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, and project management documentation
Preferred
Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent project management experience (preferred, but experience considered)
