Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through phone outreach and in‑person visits
Strengthen customer loyalty through genuine, reliable, and solutions‑focused account management
Identify and engage new customers, securing new logos and expanding SeisWare’s market presence
Manage the day‑to‑day sales process, including coordinating account meetings and aligning sales support resources
Collaborate closely with internal teams, leveraging cross‑functional expertise to support customer needs and advance new sales opportunities
Proactively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and consistent experience
Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to effectively position SeisWare’s solutions
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SeisWare’s products and sales methodologies through ongoing training
Use HubSpot and other data/analytics tools to manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Apply Conscious Selling and Coaching techniques throughout the sales and relationship building process

Qualification

Required

3-6 years' experience in sales
Customer service or relationship building experience, and comfort engaging directly with accounts
Curiosity and a consultative mindset, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and solve customer problems
Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Solution‑focused initiative, consistently looking for what can be done and approaching challenges with a positive, resilient attitude
Persistence, passion, and drive to achieve individual and team success
Strong analytical and data‑driven thinking, with the ability to balance strategy, planning, and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, persuasiveness, and relationship building
Adaptability and openness to change in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
This role requires some travel for potential client visits, conferences and relationship development
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

A background in geoscience or oil & gas engineering is an asset
