Field Sales / Strategic Account Manager, Utilities
TEEMA is seeking strategic Key Account Managers to manage a high-value portfolio of utility accounts. This role focuses on deepening long-term partnerships and driving growth through relationship management and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined portfolio of established utility accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and lead strategist
Build multi-level relationships across technical, operational, and executive departments
Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and align with regional growth initiatives
Maintain a robust and visible sales pipeline with disciplined CRM documentation
Partner with regional business leads and product specialists to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
Travel extensively (expect 50%) within the territory to ensure a consistent face-to-face presence with customers
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales (handling complex, long-cycle deals rather than transactional sales)
Experience selling into Utilities (Transmission & Distribution preferred), heavy industrial, or capital equipment environments
Deep understanding of your region's industrial landscape
A consistent career history demonstrating long-term commitment to previous roles
Comfortable with a high-travel, field-based schedule

Technical background in electrical, grid infrastructure, or utility operations
Experience navigating complex procurement processes involving multiple stakeholders and engineers
