Responsibilities
Leading strategic projects and engaging cross-functional executives on people topics
Using data & analysis to help executives make workforce-related decisions
Designing new ways to understand and measure associate potential
Developing analyses and tools to help drive scalable impact at Capital One
Identify high impact opportunities to transform the associate experience, conduct analysis, and share insights that inform solutions
Drive and build key programs and analytics solutions for our partners, including measurement strategy, attribution modeling, and automated insights
Partner with clients in experiment design and analysis to better understand key drivers of associate behavior
Analyze the impact of our programs and combine those insights with the latest thinking in organizational strategy to help our clients make data-driven, informed decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
At least 1 year of experience in people management
At least 1 year of experience in project management
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
2+ years of experience in SQL querying
2+ years of experience in Python
4+ years of experience in business analysis
2+ years of experience in consulting
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis
