Fractional Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation

Responsibilities
Run calls with Engineering Managers/Shop Leads
Turn "it needs to fit here" into clear technical requirements
Ruthlessly say "no" to projects that aren't a fit for offshore production
Bring the founder into qualified calls for feasibility
Send concise, technical notes after every conversation
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Industrial Automation (integrators or distributors)
Experience with custom hardware, assemblies, or kitting
Speak the language of a Mechanical Engineer, not a 'SaaS rep'
Comfortable working with high-quality offshore manufacturing
