Mid LevelTech Critic is looking for a client facing Systems Engineer who can own day to day infrastructure support and lead projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS. The role involves serving as an escalation point for issues and managing infrastructure projects while collaborating closely with the IT team.

Responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS related issues
Lead and support infrastructure projects, from planning through execution and handoff
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services and best practices across the environment
Administer Azure with a strong focus on identity and access through Entra ID
Implement and maintain SSO integrations using Entra ID with third party applications
Administer Windows Server and Windows workstations, including standardization and troubleshooting
Support AWS environments including EC2 based resources and related services, if you have no experience, we will train you
Manage connectivity between on premises infrastructure and AWS resources
Monitor and improve AWS cost optimization, with an eye on performance and spend
Support and improve network operations across a multi national environment
Collaborate closely with the IT team, provide leadership, and mentor where needed
Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to executive teams and principals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to speak to technical and non technical audiences
Solid hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Strong Entra ID experience including user identity management and SSO integrations
Windows Server and workstation administration experience
AWS experience with familiarity in EC2 deployed environments, if not, we will train you
Experience connecting and securing networks between on premises and remote cloud resources
Networking and network management experience
Project management experience, comfortable running tasks, timelines, and stakeholder updates
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification at minimum required if not already obtained within 90 days. We will pay for it
Preferred
Experience with AWS cost optimization and ongoing cloud spend management
Experience supporting multi site or multi country infrastructure
Prior MSP or consulting background, especially in client facing environments
