Responsibilities

Supervise attorneys and case managers in the pre-litigation department
Oversee a substantial caseload involving catastrophic injury, TBI, wrongful death, and major orthopedic claims
Set strategy on liability, coverage, damages, and pre-litigation settlement valuation
Collaborate with demands, negotiations, liens, property damage, and case management teams
Maintain high-level client communication regarding strategy and treatment progress
Drive performance, accountability, and client service standards

Qualification

California Bar licensePersonal injury experienceSupervising legal staffNegotiation skillsSpanish fluency

Required

Active California Bar license in good standing
2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
Prior experience supervising or mentoring legal staff
Strong negotiation skills and sound valuation judgment
Ability to lead while remaining hands-on

Preferred

Spanish fluency is a plus
