Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification and initiation visits to assess readiness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with senior CRAs to develop source documentation and case report forms aligned with study protocols
Work with sites and internal teams to finalize consent/assent language and support IRB submissions
Maintain real‑time filing of site documents to ensure complete and accurate Trial Master Files
Support validation activities and provide study‑specific information for clinical study reports
Train site staff on protocol requirements, source documentation, and CRF completion
Perform routine monitoring visits to verify protocol compliance, accurate data collection, and proper reporting
Conduct site close‑out visits and ensure all site files are complete and up to date
Participate in team meetings, document minutes, and track action items
Ensure adherence to SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and local regulatory requirements
Perform additional duties as needed based on study status and team responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience executing clinical research studies
Ability to travel up to 60%, often on short notice
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication abilities
Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines and clinical research requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Strong PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and online research
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time‑management abilities
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and documentation excellence
