Responsibilities
Support monthly rolling 12‑month P&L and CapEx forecasts. Partner with business units to gather assumptions, update models, and prepare variance analyses
Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. Assist with preparing financial insights for leadership reviews
Help coordinate the annual budgeting cycle, working with Sales, Category Management, and Operations to develop revenue, margin, and expense budgets
Work with teams across the business—including international units—to consolidate financial data, monitor performance, and support informed decision-making
Assist in tracking department spend, headcount needs, and identifying opportunities to optimize SG&A
Qualification
Required
2-4 years in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles
Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail is a plus
Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Ability to present data and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
Preferred
PowerBI experience is a plus
